This was the scene last night outside of Billy's on Burnet Rd. Billy set up a big screen TV for area residents to watch the big game: Dallas Cowboys vs Greenbay Packers. At this point in the game the Cowboys were ahead by 3 in the opening minutes of the 4th quarter.
