Gretchen and Paul Announce Their Resignations

At the January 24^th Executive Committee meeting, Gretchen and Paul Nagy announced they would be resigning as President and Treasurer of the Allandale Neighborhood Association. Both have put in a number of years of service to the neighborhood and are commended for their ongoing commitment to keeping the association running smoothly. It's a bigger job than most people realize. Their resignations will take effect following the next Executive Committee meeting in February. Both are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will be working closely with the other Executive Committee members on the knowledge transfer.

We also want to thank Susan and Jeff Frank for their years of service to the neighborhood association and to Kay Newell who served as Secretary and overall resource regarding all things neighborhood. Patrick Manley also resigned this month. He is a more recent EC member who set up the Allandale Neighborhood Improvement Challenge and who will continue to promote it. Collectively, their involvement in the neighborhood has contributed to the making and preservation of a great neighborhood! None of these people are moving away and we hope we can continue to turn to them as a resource on future neighborhood matters.
