Representatives from both Lincoln Properties and Walmart are
available to meet with Allandale Neighborhood this Wednesday, November 15.
Covenant Presbyterian Church (Northland Drive next to NW Recreation Center) worked with ANA to secure the necessary rooms for
the meetings that evening.
There are 2 meetings that evening. First at 6 p.m., the Executive Committee will meet with the
Neighborhood Planning Committee to discuss entering the City's neighborhood planning
process. At 7:35 p.m., the meeting involving
the redevelopment of Northcross will begin.
With the interest from residents on this issue, it was felt
that meeting sooner rather than later would benefit the neighborhood. With
Thanksgiving next week, this meeting might have been delayed 2-3 weeks.
Below are the directions to the rooms at Covenant
Presbyterian Church:
Executive Committee, 6:00 to
7:30 p.m., in the conference room at Covenant Hall (room CO.108):
Covenant Hall is the two-story white limestone building situated near the circular
driveway on our campus. Enter the general offices at Covenant Hall via the
north portico through two sets of double doors; walk to the south end of the
building; the conference room is situated on the south end between the east and
west corridors.
General Meeting of Allandale Neighborhood Association, ~7:35 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Upper Room at
Children's Hall (rooms CH.100, quadrants A, B, C and D all form one large meeting
room). Children's Hall is situated on the west end of campus nearest the MoPac off-ramp;
the Upper Room is accessed through two sets of double-doors located on the east
side (patio side) of the building.
