According to today's article in the Statesman, 6601 Partners, the group that developed the adjacent Academy store and Penn Field on South Congress, is the likely buyer. No surprise, there is a lot of new development on Burnet Rd these days. Consider Rosedale Village, Amy's Ice Cream, and the retail development underway accross from Curra's.
